Any claim has to be submitted first to GIA within the shortest possible delay, either by email, using the "Contact Us" form or by letter addressed to: GIA - Service commercial - 830 rue Charles de Gaulle - F-77100 Mareuil-lès-Meaux - France

In the event of non-compliance of the purchased product, after its being accepted by GIA, the faulty product may be returned, accompanied by the After Sale Service number (issued by GIA upon accepting the claim) in order to:

- an exchange of the ordered product, without taking into account any eventual price increase;

- an exchange for a similar product in the event that the ordered model is no longer available.

According to the article 4 of the decree number 78-464 of 24th March 1974, the present General Sales Conditions do not remove the legal protection obliging GIA to guarantee any sold items against latent defect.
